As Webelos Scout crossing over, we just paid for Boys Life & Scout Membership - Why do we need to start paying again?
Scout Membership Recharter is due the last of November of each year - the Troop starts collecting Scout Dues at the begining of each year so we'll have the money in the Troop account for recharter
